45 TRAITS EVERY LEADER MUST HAVE

What are the attributes a true leader must possess? Surely the answers to this query will inspire a pool of answers, many of which will differ and mirror. Being that the world contains far more Indians than Chiefs, the characteristics of a leader are essential to the success of any mass or organization, whether small (ex. Block Association) or mammoth (ex. Federal government).

If workers aren't committed to their leadership, the success rate lowers. You want your boss to inspire more out of you and your performance. You should always respect your superior. Admiring them is even greater. When you aspire to think, execute, speak, carry oneself, make moves like your leader, you are working and living with a clear destination.

We found an ancient excerpt (okay, not ancient, but damn old) from a 1942 ROTC Infantry Manual, listing "The 45 Qualities Every True Leader Must Have." What we found interesting is that although this list was created 76 years ago, its content remains true today. A heads up: Being that the manual was written for a certain calvary, it speaks directly to males. Ignore that.
